ClearMark QMS is powered by Microsoft Azure. We utilize Azure’s security governance capabilities, backup and disaster recovery solutions and their built in network security. All communication within our system and cloud provider uses HTTPS SHA-256 bit encryption. We have numerous security stopgaps within our application infrastructure to ensure both data security and integrity. In addition, we do recurring vulnerability scans and security evaluations as a way to stay up to date with the continuously evolving security landscape. ClearMark is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant to ensure that electronic records and signatures are trustworthy, reliable, and generally equivalent substitutes for paper records and handwritten signatures. Dual factor authentication ensures only authorized individuals can access electronic records and that electronic signatures aren’t transferred or copied. We provide a time-stamped archive of all signatures, prevent electronic signatures from being modified, duplicated, transferred or removed and accommodate the use of signature comments. ClearMark provides the user’s tenant administrator(s) full control over who has access to the system by enabling configurable permission and security settings. This means that you know who has accessed each document and if any changes were made, you’ll know who made them.
